A giant house of just 50 m2 (Photo Gallery)
A house measuring just 50 m2 does not mean that it is small. He has demonstrated the ' New Zealand architect Andrew Simpson , that in this limited space has created an ingenious and spacious two-storey house , which has among other things a spectacular view.
With this property designed following the approach of Japanese design, Simpson wanted to show "how your lifestyle should determine the space in which you live."
The house features an open floor plan . There is only one door in the bathroom. Through a large window then it comes to the bedroom.
Marked by the maximum energy efficiency , the building draws electricity from its solar panels. Thanks to its particular exposure, moreover, is able to capture most of the solar rays during the winter and its walls, isolated for nearly 20 centimeters, allow not to disperse the heat.
