Do you think your house is small? Look what you can do in just 24 m2 (Photo Gallery)

Transforming the kitchen of an old hotel, just 24 m2, in a house and furnish it . This is the challenge that the architect of Paris Anne Rolland agreed in 2013. Rolland knocked across the front structure, inspired by the classic bistro.
For the main room it is a mobile single-structure was used which, in addition to separating the different spaces, acts as a wardrobe, desk and on the basis of which lies the bed area.
The total cost of the renovation was approximately 70,000 Euros , a very acceptable figure taking into account the structural and aesthetic works that were needed, given that the building is of the seventeenth century and was abandoned for 70 years.
